During your complementary initial consultation we discuss everything from your overall vision to your unrealized event ideas. We pin-point your trigger stressors, we cancel the panic, reigniting your excitement plus discuss how the Tin Sparrow Team can keep you on track. We cover it all from our custom services to design process and we even share a glimpse of our client lounge with you. During this phase it is very important to express your vision, your must haves and honest investment level to ensure an effective planning + design process.

You've received your custom planning service quote, you've decided that we are the perfect fit - there is a small office celebration - we have signed all the paperwork together & your retainer payment has been made. We've sealed the deal and the pre planning adventure begins. From here we will introduce you to your custom planning portal, we get the research ball rolling finding you the right vendor team and we get your official planning party started. You are supported every step of the way between direct meetings with the team to support during vendor courting and booking interactions.
Over the course of the planning process we have taken note of your vision and we have watched it evolve from a seed of inspiration into a flourishing design vision. This is where we ask you to bring all of your wants, wishes, dreams & aspirations for your wedding to the design table. Based on the custom service package that you have selected this phase of the process may include full access of the Tin Sparrow Events inhouse inventory to simply you sharing with us the elements that have been purchased or selected for us to design with. We invite you to participate in a mock table design in office as we breath life into your vision making your dream design a reality!
The details, vendor contracts, creative input and your list of must haves are on our desks and this is where all the pre planning magic comes together. Our inhouse Vendor & Venue Liaison is in consistent communication with your professional vendor team. Our inhouse Design Specialists are working with our wholesalers to bring in top rated elements for your event and your Lead Planner is keeping you up to date with the progress while bringing it all together. Your preliminary timeline is constructed, your setup map is rendered and your vendors are onboard participating in the fine tuning process of your wedding!
The Tin Sparrow Events Team has you locked down from start to finish which includes vendor arrival, question answering, onsite problem solving and so much more. We cover it all so that you can focus on getting ready, spending time with the people who matter the most but above all we are there to make sure that your vision is implemented to the fullest extent. We jump on the grenades, we monitor your timeline (so you don't have to) and we make sure that your most precious of days is calm, authentic and intentional - just the way you planned!

Within 72 hours you will have your personalized - custom to your event - service quote in hand + ready for your review. Don't worry we will be sure to include our signature payment plan options for you to select from. Once we have your signature we will get your contract drafted, a contract review + signing meeting on the schedule & an invoice for the retainer over to you!

You will often find me in my natural habitat surrounded by just a few of my favorite things doing what I absolutely love. My clients trust in me to be an artistic witness to their love. They trust me to be the one who will translate that love with honesty, dedication and enthusiasm.
Next to my love for all things event related is my deep devotion to my family, friends and of course my Aussie pups. My career has allowed to me to connect with so many magical couples along with so many creatives of limitless devotion to the industry. When I am not with my family or traveling the PNW for weddings, you can rest assured that I am out exploring new places; most likely getting creative with some of my favorites. My peeps knows me as an incurable romantic + as a fierce and loyal friend.
